Rose-Colored Glasses

I created this animation to bring awareness to the reality of the dangers of domestic abuse. The the concept stemmed from the phrase “seeing the world in rose-colored glasses.” Throughout the animation, the glass gradually drains on and the colors start to become darker as time goes on. This is to represent the evolution of a romantic relationship becoming more tiring and toxic. The intention of this animation was to present a serious topic in a nonthreatening and jarring way but rather a more visually friendly method.
